Common Cold and Sleep Impact
How are parents coping with sleep with their babies during a bout of common cold?
Our sleep hasn’t recovered since the beginning of the 4 month regression. In the last 3 months we’ve had non stop colds, teething and now the 6 month regression.
My baby sleeps on her front, she does not sleep on her back at all. We give her saline spray and suction any mucus from her nose periodically when she has a cold. But when she’s congested the Wake ups overnight do not stop- last night I counted 11 🫠. The only way she’ll sleep is if we hold her upright and obviously I can’t do that all night. What are other parents doing when their babies have colds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

We use the Calpol wall plug in and find it amazing. My baby also sleeps on his front and it works for him x

Hate to be of no help but wanted to say that you are not alone! We had a baby who slept through when she was 3-4 months old but now has not come close to sleeping through the night for the last 2 months. Our baby is also now full of a cold and has resorted to sleeping on her front but does wake up coughing through the night 💔
