How do you feed at night?

I am about to stop breast feeding. Usually I pop a boob out while half asleep. I’m not used to being particularly physical to feed her at night. My LO (1 y/o) drinks cows milk in a sippy cup. Can a cup of milk last on the bed all night? What do you do during the night? Does porridge stop night feeds?

Used to breastfeed, now bottle feed. Cup of milk will last overnight at room temp for sure. We put milk in a bottle and put it in a Tommee Tippee bottle warmer when we go to bed, ready for when she wakes. We’re trying to wean down the amount so that she wakes less often - I think it’s working! We find giving a good supper just before bedtime routine can help them sleep longer because they’re not waking out of hunger, porridge is a good option but you could give anything filling (but not sugary) 😊 Hope this helps x

@Vicky Bottle warmer on the bed side cabinet! Smart

How long does she breastfeed for? Could you slowly reduce the time each night until she stops entirely?
