How to continue dropping pounds?
I’m coming out of depression and weighed almost 190 lbs. I currently weigh 168 as of this morning. However I am feeling anxious about the number on the scale and I feel guilty when I eat. I know it’s unhealthy to starve so I just need some help on how to add things to my everyday that can continue my weight loss while continuing to eat healthy without feeling guilty because I’m hitting a plateau and I’ve been 168 for a bit with no difference. Hey hun, it might sound counterintuitive but sometimes weight loss plateaus when you’re under eating! There’s some articles about it online. Up your protein intake, at least 20g for each meal and try get your steps in! Drink plenty! Most important don’t beat yourself up about your weight and look after yourself. I’d recommend only getting weighed once every two weeks to avoid the emotion attached to the scales or better yet don’t get weighed and go off body measurements instead. You got this girl xx
