Handling LOs Frustrations

My LG is approaching 2. She used to be very good at pointing and letting us know what she wanted. It's been a good fair few months now, she screams the whole house down as soon as she wants something. She becomes frustrated right away and will start screaming at the top of her voice. She does this over EVERYTHING, albeit food, tv, toys, snack basically over everything all day long. how do I handle this? Even I am at wits end with the screaming. Is anyone else experiencing this too? How are you managing this? Have you put anything in place to reduce this and the tantrums at this age? I'd appreciate some advice
