Prioritizing rest & relaxation to recharge and avoid burnout during my downtime while my kiddo is napping/asleep. Or if you can get childcare help, schedule time for a date night with your SO/ girlfriends/ solo date with yourself, pet, siblings, parents. Forms of Self care that works for me: yoga, journal and meditation, meeting or conversing with adults, a creative hobby outlet (music, art, cooking) usually does the trick. Stress is a real thing and we're only human. Taking care of yourself mama is taking care of your child

Quick naps when u can. Cold water in & on your body.
