Breasts and nipple pain

I’m with you! I’m also at week 4 and I have no other symptoms so far but the breast pain is real 😭

Me too! I’m 8 weeks and my Left breast is agony! It actually feels like it’s infected the pain is that bad! I know it’s not but godddd!

Wireless comfy bras which offer some support but not ridged, in boots there are also these cold compresses for nipples. (you might also find handy if you decide to breastfeed )☺️

I had the same thing but now at 6 weeks it has calmed down but they do just feel big and heavy and ache every now and again 😊

Mine were soooo bad from about 4-7 weeks, it’s easing slightly now (I’m 8+0) they’re just massive 🤦🏼‍♀️ M&S do some good crop tops that are good to sleep in as I found not wearing a bra made them really sore
