Early scan follow up tomorrow

2 weeks ago (6+3)I had an early scan due to a little spotting. There was a sac and yolk all happily implanted in the right place, but no fetel pole. Tomorrow is my follow up and I can’t help but think the worst. I feel like these are my last few hours of being able to consider myself pregnant, and it’s getting me so down 😔 Does anyone have a similar experiences ? I should mention I’ve had on and off brown spotting ever since.
