Seating supports

Hello! I spend lots of time working at a computer and I’m getting really back lower back ache by lunchtime. Has anyone brought anything for their office chairs or set up that’s helped? Thanks x

I’m also office based and experiencing the same, a friend recommend using a birthing ball to sit on to break up using the office chairs

My work suggested a wedge cushion. I have a sit/stand desk which helps as I can vary between sitting and standing.

I bought a yoga ball/exercise ball (also to use as a birthing ball if needed) and it’s really helpful to sit on there and rock back and forth, side to side and round in circles. It helps my pelvic and lower back pain! Luckily it’s a good height and fits like a seat under my desk no problem. Maybe look into that if your setup allows for it?😁 Edit: I also work from home so I realise this probs isn’t doable if you work in an office sorry!

I also work I'm an office and from home, my partner has a comfortable chair I use at home but in the office, it's just a standard chair and I've noticed it's starting to get uncomfortable now. My boss said if I need anything then ask but I'm thinking bit late now I'm gonna be on maternity soon so also looking for suggestions

I have a riser that sits on top of my desk and it’s really easy to move up and down if I want to stand/sit. There are some on Amazon prime with next day delivery. I find it does help me x

A yoga ball is great for the lower back pain! Make sure it’s the right size for your height though! It’s been one of my saviours! 😮‍💨
