Does this stage get easier? Everything is a fight!

Fight to get nappy changed, fight to brush teeth, fight to get into car seat, fight to get face washed, fight to sit still for 2 mins to get dressed, I am knackered!!! I guess I didnt expect it to be so hard once they got a bit older, or to still be so sleep deprived 😭 I feel so guilty as Im losing my patience

I sure hope so 😕

I know the feeling. It is world war 3 everytime we wipe her face. With nappy changes I give her a toy which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't but the face washed is awful. Only way she doesn't cry is when we do it in the bath. Oh and there's no way I can brush her teeth...😪

same boat! some days it's so frustrating, for nappies I give something to play with probs somehting he shouldnt have like the remote! (doesn't always work) but face wiping is the biggest drama 😵‍💫

I hope so. I’m knackered. She’s on the move constantly and has serious meltdowns when she’s not happy about something. I really think she’s having proper tantrums. I had no idea it could happen at this age. I love her so much but man being a mum is hard ❤️

Just wanted to reassure that it’s the same in my house too. Brushing teeth and getting changed, wiping face after eating. Everything results in tears at the moment. He even gets frustrated playing when he can’t do something 😖 there’s a lot going on for them I guess. Hang in there ❤️

Same for me too 😣 I gave up on normal nappies and only get the pants now as he just screams the house down if I try to lie him down to put one on

Same here! Trying to get her dressed/undressed and do her nappy is like WW3 😰

Im not happy that you are all having a tough time too but it makes me feel reassured to know its not just us and its normal so I really appreciate your comments. Just like you all I expected the tantrums maybe around 18 months not yet!! xxxx
