Why do you think you have low supply? Is that the only reason you want to combo feed? Only asking as it's unlikely you have low supply, but if you want to combi feed for other reasons thats a different conversation

I recently started work and i feel like i can’t keep up. I’m thinking it’s stress but also i keep seeing other moms pump so much and i get a little discourage.

@Eddaleez pumping is not indicative of how much your baby gets when feeding from the boob. Are you latching or exclusively pumping? What sort of pump are you using? Have you got the correct flange size? I understand it must be really hard back at work, there's nothing wrong with combi feeding. Would you perhaps like to still latch the baby when you're at home and then formula feed when you're at work? This could work well

The average pumping output is 1-2 ounces combined. Please stop watching oversuppliers on social media. It will make you feel inadequate. Personally once I was at work and away from baby, I was never able to pump enough to give baby just breast milk. When with my baby I breastfed with no problem. But when away I always had to have formula and breast milk prepared for child care.

I went back to work at 3 months PP and introduced formula then. I gave up BF at 4 months. Is LO used to a bottle? x
