Rocking to sleep
Hey moms,
Been a few days that suddenly my 3 month old fusses and cries everytime we rock him to sleep/nap…every single time. Takes me forever to make him fall asleep. Tried to rock him to sleep a little earlier but it just frustrates him. The only thing that seems to work is turning on the water faucet (only thing that worked when he was colic) but i can’t do that everywhere. Help im so tired 😞

Have you tried a white noise machine?

Have you tried just putting him down for a minute or so? He might no longer need to be rocked to sleep, or he may have had enough of being touched. My little girl gets like this throughout the day when she's been held or lifted more than she would like.
