Up to 5 months 1 contact nap the rest in the crib or pram the last 3 weeks all contact naps 1 in the pram if I time a walk right
Yup an lasts 30 mins or an hour if I'm lucky! I try to put her down though just doesn't work
I try to have 1 contact nap a day x
