Pain in hips and vagina when walking

Also my bum hurts

Sounds like PGP pelvic girdle pain. I had it with my daughter and got it in this pregnancy but it’s just starting to ramp up now. Hip pain and any pain around that area as it has a know on effect on everything really. Speak to your midwife, they might recommend physio or give you something for support x

Sounds like pelvic girdle pain, I have it too but mine is mainly at the top of my inner thighs. It gets worse when I walk and sometimes just getting out of bed/ walking up and down the stairs is difficult. I’ve spoken to the midwife and she is doing a referral to physio.

@Jess I also get pain there. Kinda where leg meets groin. Right in the fold haha. Sometimes in bed I can't lift my leg up. And yes walking up stairs is a killer! I don't see my midwife until 28 weeks now :/ and she is useless
