Have you tried fresh squeezed orange juice in some warm water. When my first daughter was younger and constipated the doctor recommended it and it worked a treat x has to be fresh squeeze or the not from concentrate stuff x

My mom used to put very small peace of soap and it comes out very quick 🙈 I have tried it and it really works if you are willing to try 😁 also bicycle legs can help stool move down, but try to give some solids that has a lot of fibre and m plenty of water 🙂

@Naomi she’s only 7 months so is this okay to give her ? X

@Santa put soap ? And bicycles legs in doing 2/3 times a day but doesn’t seem to be helping xx

@Jade yes soap, I know it sounds crazy🙈 This would have the same effect 🙌 Care Infant Constipation Relief Suppositories, Glycerin Suppositories - 12s (1g Glycerol) 155514 https://amzn.eu/d/109RKBk

Pears work too but I always just give 1oz of prune juice to help works faster than prunes for my girls

Works well for us - try giving your baby pears I boil and mash or you can get a pouch too

@Jade yes as long as its only about an oz diluted think my daughter was 8 months first time we used that trick x

Okay I’m gonna try give some of these ago see if they work thank you girls 🙏🏼

Peaches or pears will help too. Still bein so young though I second bicycle legs and tummy rubs

Massage tummy, bent legs and rotate in a circular motion.

Try plums puree

I had to use a stronger dose of lactulose , once it cleared I used it once or twice a day as a maintenance dose

But I *really* had to up the dose. And Add extra water to his milk, so he didn’t dehydrate . Only on the bottle with the lactulose though x

Do you give her bananas? My doctor told me these can be a silent culprit. Lots of babies tend to eat bananas on the regular but they can be constipating. They were for my girl. I removed them and it solved the problem, recently tried re-introducing again, same problem. It was definitely the banana for us.
