I don’t have preclamsia but I was considered being at high risk. I was suggested to take my blood pressure at home on a daily basis and show my results to the doctor. They said blood pressure is the number one indicator for them. Therefore maybe just take your blood pressure every day and show the results at your next appointment. They’ll know how to react if something seems off. However I think your other symptom sounds like typical pregnancy insomnia that a lot of women face in the third trimester. In regards of the cramping, I think if it’s heavy cramping you should/could make sure with your midwife or obgyn that everything is alright. I myself take like 500mg magnesium every night and I have no issues with cramps so far. My midwife told me I could even go up to 800mg per day if needed. Maybe you can discuss this at your next appointment.

@Nora I went to the hospital yesterday and they put me on bed rest cause if sinus tachycardia my blood pressure has been up and down and can’t afford a blood pressure which is kinda sad but they put me on bed rest cause the more I do the more my heart pumps and makes my heart race so I have to stay away from stress related activities and take a break from my son

@Aaliyah Thacker I’m glad you had that checked. That sounds scary. Also I hope that it’s possible for you to stay on bed rest with a toddler. Sounds a bit difficult. Get well soon!
