Sleep deprived

Omg felt this with my soul I haven’t slept since the day before I got to the hospital it’s day 2 they won’t leave me alone I want to go home so bad !! Birth was enough stress

@Dom yesss !!!! They came in a hour ago to take baby temp now here again to do the hearing test. Like that couldn’t have waited until after 8 to give us a little time to sleep? I’m just ready to go.

I feel you on this. It’s so hard. If you ask them they might leave you alone for a while. Rest is so important

Same!! I go home today im so ready! I haven't slept since before I went to the hospital on 10/17 then had her on 10/19

You could ask them to check vitals and things like that later. At my hospital I was in such a piss poor mood I told them don't bother me before 8 lmfao. They would check on me but didn't for vitals or anything until 8. The only thing they bothered me about was taking medicine

I had the worst experience after cuz of this with my stay with my first. I. Had pre eclampsia so they would check me like every hour it felt like. I don’t with this one so I’m gonna request they leave us alone. I stayed quiet last time but I need my sleep. I might even ask to put her in the nursery for a feeding. I didn’t even know you could last time

Lol the first night, the nurse left and said "we'll let you rest" and then someone came in I swear every hour or two 😂

Definitely request that they try to do what they need to do in batches to give you some rest, or to do it earlier or later to give you some sleep. they are usually pretty understanding!
