Sleep

How do you get your LO to sleep? Mine is 13 weeks and he mainly only sleeps from being on the breast or when he’s in the carrier or in the car. Will this mean that he won’t be able to sleep on his own due to this? What are you guys doing to get your LOs to sleep?

Once she’s been awake for 1hr30 I know she’s gonna start getting tired, and she starts rubbing her eyes , whack some white noise on my phone, hold her and rock her and within 5 mins she’s asleep

Check out the.mama.coach on instagram, she’s got loads of great videos on this x https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_6f-4pSyQl/?igsh=MXVnM3FpeWd4bm10

Babies are made to sleep on the breast. It's absolutely normal and definitely not something you need to be worried about doing. Clearly baby can sleep in other ways other than boob too. If you are worried then cut the feed when baby is sleepy then you can try patting them to sleep or rocking or just putting them down but personally, I wouldn't worry. 💓 x

Mine only sleeps in the pram, carrier or feeding to sleep. I’m not worrying too much yet as they’re still so little x
