Side-Lying with Itty Bitties

So I was just wondering if there's anyone with breasts on the smaller side who does/did Side-Lying breastfeeding. My breasts are not like proper small, but they're nearly C (between a B and C cup), and I definitely had some issues, and still do sometimes lol.

Mine were A before pregnancy, B during and B/C now (8 months breastfeeding) and side-lying breastfeeding is the one I do most of the time.

I always had trouble with this. I was an A and basically ended up filling up my A cup by the time baby was born. I tried lying on side but it never worked well. 19 months in and still breastfeeding tho- shows size doesn’t matter (for BF anyway!). Good luck xx

Hi mama! When mine was little little I would have him propped up a bit with my arm or a thin pillow so he could reach my boob better. Once he got to be 3/3.5 months old, he was big enough and I didn't have to do that anymore. Now at almost 5 months, I can feed him in bed with no issues! It gets easier!!

I side lye BF every morning with a 3 month old. I'm A before pregnancy and B after. I twist my body so she can reach the upper boob. My nipples are also wide set but she can still reach.

@Marcelina honestly same, especially since we bed-share at night so it's like a bedtime buffet for her lol. Sometimes tho if my body angles slightly different, usually because my back support pillow moves so I lean back a tad, and with their current size if I'm leaning even slightly too far back or forward she can't get a good latch lol
