am i pregnant

i have pretty regular periods(the most late being 4 days late). i am with a new guy (been with for 1 month) after my husband and i got a divorce back in january and forgot birth control on the last day of my ovulation(off the flo app) and had sex before i realized i forgot to take it. he pulled out but now im 12 days late and im panicking. i took a pregnancy test today and it’s negative but im scared its not accurate cuz im never this late. i cant go to an obgyn rn because of insurance issues. idk what to do so ig im just looking for advice thank you!! i’m basically having a full on panic attack rn
