Sleep training

My little boy is 8 months and I’m really struggling with sleepless nights now. We’re up almost every hour some nights, but at least 3 times a night. I’ve tried to leave him for a few minutes each time before going in and trying to settle him but he’ll only fall back asleep with a feed. I’m back at work in a few weeks and I have to drive as part of my job. My husband does help but also works a demanding job. We really can’t go on with this little sleep once we’re both back at work. I don’t want to do the full cry it out but I don’t know how to do a gentle sleep training when we’re already trying to leave him a few minutes. Does anyone have any recommendations?

A sleep bag, dummy with dummies above her so if she looses one. Bottle fed to make sure she has enough and white noise (probably all stuff you e tried) xx

How do they fall asleep at night for the start of bedtime? X

Thanks for your recommendations! He sleeps in a sleep bag and it’s 20 degrees in the room. He won’t take a dummy. He is breast fed and currently won’t take a bottle but it’s something we’re working on. Tried white noise but it doesn’t work. @Haylee he falls asleep on his feed, or slightly drowsy from his feed. No problems for the first few hours, it’s once 11pm hits 😭

What is the schedule? When are naps? Bedtime etc? Usually waking that often is cos the timings aren't quite right
