What symptoms is everyone having this early on? I'm about 5.5 weeks and just feeling tired, headaches and on/off nausea 🥴🥴

This is my 2nd baby and I feel so different this time, I had nothing with my daughter but this time I’m very aware of a funny turning feeling in my tummy it almost feels like that nervous feeling but where the baby is idk how else to explain it 🤣 I’ve been getting cramps now and again and horrible sickness in the morning, cravings are crazy as well, I’m going through it already 🤣🙈
Five weeks tomorrow had tiredness sore lower back sensitive smell and taste
No symptoms yet just loss of appetite and food aversions
