Anyone else’s 4/5 month year old waking up and smiling / making noises at like 4am and acts like it’s a wake window and doesn’t go to sleep for like an hour and a half afterwards?

Yes sometimes! More recently as I think it's linked with the sleep regression x

My girl had a feed at 3 and went back to sleep, she woke up at 5 kicking her legs, talking away and smiling for the last hour, she’s just falling back asleep on me now 😂 first night that’s happened for me

Yep, we’ve had that just recently, feels mean but I try not to talk to her much and I just put her back in her next to me and put her Snuz Cloud on, she kicks about for a bit and chats away but ends up drifting back off to sleep

Yep! She's been waking at 4am the last few nights now, draining 😴

Yes! 😂 the cute chatter isn’t so cute at 4am. Hasn’t done it for a couple of nights now though, so I’m hoping he’s over that stage 😅

Yes! It’s been going on for the past 2-3 weeks 😴 she’s gone from sleeping from 7:30pm-5:30/6am to waking every 3 hours and up for the day anytime from 3am 😩

Yup, we’ve had it for a few weeks! I put earplugs in and put the pillow over my head but I can’t sleep through it as she’s so LOUD! 😂
