I've just read a good article on this on huckleberry app about pulling everything forward 15 mins a day over 4 days and should help with the change. Google might bring it up.

We just decided to start waking our boy up at our usual time within the new daylight savings. Took about a week and he adjusted to the new time and we’re now back on our usual schedule

Oh damn i forgot about this... is it gonna be 1 hour ahead or back? My both kids wake n sleep at 8am-8pm. I want this to stay the same. If i don't do anything then is their routine gonna be 1 hour ahead or back? Im confused

We have a 4 year old and now a 5 month old. We have never done anything differently when the clocks change and it’s never really affected our 4 year old. I know everyone and every child is different though. I have read previously about changing it by 15 mins for 4 days before but we never did xx

@Anza clocks go back an hour so we lose an hour so essentially your children would be waking up and falling asleep at 7am and 7pm

You can either move everything forward 15 mins for 4 days or do half an hour for two days. Xx

We did nothing and our son slept exactly the same

We’ve never moved the bedtimes for clocks back or forwards and it’s never made a difference. Don’t stress too much about it xx
