Is this normal toddler behaviour

My 3yr old toddler, happy screams during the day while playing or at times just randomly. She's been doing it at night, too. Like tonight, she woke up at 2am and has been high pitch screaming since off and on for more than an hour now. Just happy screams. She's wide awake. I have a baby who was woken up by her loud screaming. It's driving me nuts. Is this something to see the doctor for? Is it a toddler thing?

My almost 2 year old is doing this daily a lot during the day it’s driving me insane. Must be a toddler thing. Could be testing vocals and wanting attention. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Selin my 2 year old just learnt this! For the past week he’s been screaming high pitch, it’s so annoying & keeps ringing in the ear & idk how to stop it 😭

@Tasnim OMG yes the high pitch!!! It’s sooo annoying and seriously painful. My boy caused me an ear ache last couple of days it’s just ridiculous! High pitch scream whether he’s angry or happy doesn’t matter. It’s there !!

@Selin literally! He could be happy or upset & he’ll be screaming, even started screaming whilst crying 😭 did it last night at 5am & Omg it really got to me. It’s getting in my last nerves & idk what to do, I’m pregnant as well so my mood swings are everywhere & when he screams it’s not making it any better to control 😩

It's a good time to teach that screaming (even happy screams) are for outside, and a refresher that when we wake up in the night we try to go back to sleep. I don't think it's worthy of a doctor visit unless it seems painful or seems involuntarily in some way, if that makes sense.
