@Stephanie she doesn’t nap. She dropped naps about 4 months ago. She goes to bed about 7pm and before this split night she wasn’t getting up until 8am in the morning. Now she’s up during the night; and when she goes back to sleep I’m having to wake her in the morning as she’s sleeping so long but my other children are at nursery and school, so I have to wake her at 7:30.
Could be the 24m sleep regression or teething?
Split nights, if not developmental, are usually caused by too much day sleep, nap too close to bedtime or too much overall sleep being aimed for. They need 11-14hrs total, if you're aiming for more than 12 then perhaps they don't need this much. Does she nap and how long for? What is wake up and bed time?
