Second born pram situation??

My first born will almost be 3 when this baba is born. I’ve read you’re supposed to try and get them out of the pram by 3 so my plan is to just have one pram, for baby. I have a buggy board ready to go. But now I’m wondering if I should get a double pram. Just wondered what everyone else is doing? 🫶

My daughter will be 2 and a half when baby comes and I'm planning on just getting a buggy board. I figure if my toddler is desperate to go in the buggy on longer journeys then ill just wear the baby in a carrier x

Mine is almost 4 and I still take the pram sometimes when I need to get somewhere quickly. I was thinking putting the baby in the carrier and just pushing my older one in his pram if I have to . But he walks 90% of the time now anyways

My debate too because sometimes my nearly 3 year old gets too much in the shops and I have to strap her in but I'm probably going to trial a buggy board first

Don't do double, buggy board and suitable pushchair for newborn and toddler with changeable seats was my saviour. Baby always wanted to be in carrier so I just put baby in that and pushed toddler when needed and he walked when he wanted or we had time for him to lol x

My little boy will be 21 months when baby is here and to be honest he hardly goes in the pram now (he has never liked it) so we have just got a buggy board! If I feel like I'm really struggling and need a double I'll get a cheap second hand one

Going to get a buggy board x

My son will be 2.5 once baby arrives. My plan is to baby wear and keep him in the pushchair when he doesn’t want to walk :)
