I’ve been going to a chiropractor the last month or so since mine has been bad too. It definitely helps but I only go once a week and by my next appointment I’m really struggling again. I just got a new belly support band I’m hoping might help a bit too. Good luck!
See the physiotherapist. Ask your midwife to refer you. I have the same issue and the physio has helped. All the pain goes when baby comes!
Sounds silly but pelvic floor exercises help! Once the muscle is strong it can hold the weight of the baby better and takes pressure off the hips ☺️
I’m experiencing the same, I don’t have many suggestions, but I’ve recently started using a yoga ball which relieves it a little. But I feel your pain 💜
