Possible pregnancy?

Has anyone been pregnant that didn’t have any symptoms when tested positive? My ovulation day was the 12th of October. I do feel naseous it comes and goes for the past week (definitely not like my first pregnancy tho) and had mild cramping for the past few days but that’s about it. Usually before I get my period I will cramp like 1 day before but not 9-10 days before that’s why I feel these cramps might be implantation! Also have had frequent urination! Internet says those are signs of implantation but not sure. I’m ready for baby number 2 and am getting anxious haha!

i had no symptoms besides feeling like i should take a test. still completely thought it would be negative. i did have some slight cramping but i had pretty bad cramps after as well.

I didn’t have any symptoms for pretty much my entire pregnancy. So odd because all I expected pregnancy to be and I literally wouldn’t have known if my period wasn’t late (though we weren’t not trying 😂). I got some nausea in the evenings in the second trimester for a few weeks which was down to excess saliva but apart from that no cravings/aversions, no sickness, nothing! I was really panicked as you can imagine, very unhelpful midwife over the phone said “well you’ll either still be pregnant or you won’t by the time you come in for your check so no point worrying” 🙃 I was around 4 weeks then and appointment was at 9. Grateful that baby is now 11 months old and fast asleep right now ❤️

I had cramping for 10+ days, bloating on and off, and sore boobs starting at implantation. That was my first sign i might be pregnant, but it was also my first period off bc, so I wasn't sure what to make of it at first 😅 tested positive a couple weeks into those symptoms
