Hyperemisis Gravidarum coming back

I had it really bad up until the middle to end of the second trimester then after that I was rarely sick. I noticed I felt more nauseous or would actually be sick if I was tired

Mine was manageable *with meds* after 20wks but I still had days here and there were I was bad. Those days I just got into bed and got fluids down

I had it near enough my entire pregnancy it took 4 tries at medicines to get any sort of relief. It came back bad at 28 weeks and didn’t really go so I had to be signed off sick from that point. What helped the most was a combination of anti sickness tablets and reflux medication as the reflux can make you feel more sick. sorry it’s horrendous hope it eases for you xx
