SAHM mom friends!

Hi mama’s! Im not a traditional SAHM, I’m a little more structured, and a little on the bougie side. Im definitely more scrunchy than crunchy. I like going on fun outings with my 3yo son all over, whether it’s 15 minutes away or an hour. It’s been hard finding familiars here, it seems like most homeschool moms I run into in CT are more crunchy and believe in “no formal education till they’re ready” I’m not one to judge but I don’t like being judged for how Im choosing to raise my son just because he is a little more structured. I'm not seeking to homeschool "correctly" I'm seeking customize my kids' education experience to their specific needs and skills. Anyway if this sounds like you or your vibe reach out!

Hi!! What do you mean by you are scrunchy? I've never heard that term before.

@Andrea so its a mix of Silky mom and Crunchy mom. A silky mom being someone who takes advantage of all modern day advantages like epidural, screen time, processed foods, sleep training, bright colors ect, where as a crunchy mom wouldn’t. Im in between both lol

I’m not a SAHM, but would definitely consider myself scrunchy! Always looking for alternatives to keep it clean, but with some level of convenience and functionality 😊 I have a newborn, three weeks old tomorrow!
