Nausea

In my first trimester, it was looking up. If you weren't at eye level to me, we couldn't have a conversation lol

I get nauseous standing at the top of basement stairs or going down them. I am beyond scared of them tho

I do! I do have a condition called POTs tho! The symptoms of POTS vary from person to person. Because most of my blood stays in my lower body when i stand up, my heart beats faster trying to send blood to my brain. Often causing nausea spells, lightheartedness & possible fainting, and inability to regulate temperature
