Normal breathing noises?
My LO is 9 days old and often makes noises like this in her sleep. It’s not all the time but it’s a lot and keeps me awake worrying. We have our 10 day midwife appointment tomorrow so I’ll mention it then… I know newborns make noises but I can’t help but worry (hormones I imagine)

It’s normal, little one is just cooing when breathing. It’s adorable I miss these 😭

Yea it’s pretty normal. Our pediatrician calls it intermittent breathing because they are learning to use their lungs and breathe outside of our womb after being underwater for those 9 months. Mine had a shrill shriek a lot, he used to hold his breath, suck in and out. I called him pterodactyl baby for a while 😂
