My lb is one or twice, I count that as a blessing as it was every other hour a month ago x

@Anna aww I guess it’s different for breakfast and formula fed babies.

My 15 month old was formula fed, didn't sleep through until 6/7 months, still wakes atleast once a night now. My june baby is breastfed and still wakes once or twice 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Formula fed and wakes up once or twice. Usually had bottle at 11pm then wakes at 4am and then 6am. 4 months now

My baby is 7 weeks will feed anytime between 11pm-1am and then usually can last until 4am-5am (drinks 4oz) we keep him cosy and play white noise x

Up 5-8 times a night.

17 weeks, has slept through for approximately 4 weeks now. Formula fed, last feed approx 9:30/10pm and then gets fed approx 7:30/8am

@Sophie that’s a lot 😵‍💫

@Sophie that is really good. How much is the last feed and during the day?? I would love if she was like your baby. I guess he/she goes to sleep after the feed at 9/10pm.

My little one goes to sleep around 8 and wakes up at 5 for a feed and goes back to sleep until 7:30 and is breastfed. I think what may potentially make a difference is how much intake they have during the day.

No wakings at all is a blessing but 2 waking is pretty standard at this stage

Formula feeding, and give LO a bottle at 6.30 before bed, then wake him up at 10pm for a feed before I go to bed. He then sleeps through until about 6.30, minus a few fidgets to find the dummy 😂. This has only been the past month though. I realised I was still feeding him in the night even though he wasn’t hungry, just needed to resettle.

Nearly 13 weeks and we have one feed usually 5-530am then goes back to sleep until 730-8am. Has his last bottle 630-45pm and asleep by 730pm.

Every baby is different. My LG who is EBF has slept well through the night for a few weeks now. How much sleep does your little girl have in the day? What time does she tend to go to sleep for ‘the night’? When is her last nap? X

Lately for me my LG has been waking 3-5 times a night 🫠 14 weeks old and EBF

@Jade she started having longer naps again. 2hrs in the morning until about 9.30am. And then 1 hr, following by a 2+ hrs nap in the afternoon and a short power nap around 6pm which is the last one before she goes to sleep between 7-9pm.

@Tiff aww bless you. My little one kept waking up almost every hour, she would cry and look for my me and after I give her dummy and my hand she would continue sleeping. Not sure why is that.

@Ibby so sounds like baby is having over 4.5 hours sleep in the day which could maybe be part of the issue. It is recommended that babies around 4 months do not have more than 4.5 hours of sleep in the day. I can imagine if your little girl isn’t sleeping well at night though then this will be difficult as she’ll be making up for it in the day. I recently downloaded an app to track feeds & sleep and it’s helped so much. Hang in there, you’re doing amazing & I’m sure it’ll all work itself out soon. The other thing worth noting is if any leaps are going on for your little one 😊

18 weeks, has a formula feed between 7/7.30, drinks about 4oz of it. Sleeps til around 4,nappy and feed then back off till 7. Was sleeping through but can’t shift his cough since having RSV so no longer able to just pop a dummy in as have to give him some time upright to shift mucus. However my 2 yo who has always slept through since tiny, now likes to see all hours of the night 🤯 xx

@Jade thank you for the info. The max she can stay awake for is 2hrs during the day. But if she only had a short nap she would already be tired after an hour. Maybe you’re right, I should keep her awake for longer. But if I do that she would get over tired and cry a lot, difficult to fall asleep later.

@Kathryn Howard lucky you. I don’t know how to sleep train my girl to sleep until 4am at least. She has 7oz every 4-5 hrs. I hope he gets better soon xx

Mine was sleeping 10 hours from about 6 weeks until the last week or so... she's reverted back to her newborn sleep pattern which is waking around 1am and 4am. I've put her in her own room to help me resist the temptation to quickly feed her back to sleep. She usually settles after 10 minutes of fussing and rarely breaks out into full cry x

@Ibby wake windows should be 1.5-2 hours long, so defo don’t try to keep her awake. I think it’s because your LG isn’t sleeping solidly through the night that it impacts the day but I think it’ll all level out eventually. Please try not to compare to other babies as they’re each so different and maybe your LG isn’t ready just yet to sleep through the night. One day my LG just did it. I’m very lucky and I do see it as luck personally as I wasn’t doing anything to encourage it. It’s after she started sleeping through the night & going towards 4 months old that I have started to try to implement some kind of routine and track sleep etc. Eventually your LG will sleep through the night and this will be a distant memory 😊 ps, I know it’s prob frustrating hearing of other babies that sleep through the night but it will happen eventually, hang in there 😊

My LG is nearly 4 months old and from she used to sleep through the night! 10pm/11pm until around 6:30am/7am … However the last week or two she’s waking twice in the night now🤦🏼‍♀️ I certainly know about it of a morning now😩😂 x

@Jade thank you for your kind words 🫶🏻 there was time when she slept through the night when we went on a little trip to another town. She was 2 months old. We were out and about all day, maybe it was very tiring for her, lots of new places and people. We had a bday dinner and fed her in the restaurant at 9pm where she fall asleep in her pram and slept until 6am without any waking. We even had to get back to the hotel which was about 15 min walk but she slept through all of it 😊 after that she kept thought the night two more night and that’s it 😁 Same last month, we travelled on the plain to another country and she slept the first night through again. Never since 😊

Sometimes my baby is awake very hour 😅

@Amanda aww noo 😬😁

@Ibby She's just dropped to 5 bottles a day and now I like to get 180-200ml into her before bed but it's hard because she's falling asleep 😅 last night I only managed 120ml. The total amount is approx 1000ml/day. She falls asleep downstairs from about 7/8pm and I wake her up with a change and give her the final feed at approx 9/10pm. I'm sure the 4 month sleep regression will come for me though 😂

@Sophie thank you for sharing these info with me ☺️ I tried giving her 230ml at around 10pm hoping she will be satisfied until morning, but nope. Three hours later she was screaming for food again :/ maybe I have a big baby’s and she needs to eat even more during the day. I don’t know… Btw you daughter Evelyn is so beautiful. Congratulations !
