I'm scared 😲 what type of bleeding is this??

I think I jus experienced implantation bleeding but I'm not sure. Okay let me fill u in. I have 3 boys and I've never had any implantation bleeding before. I just had my 3rd child 3 months ago and I think I'm pregnant, I've attached a picture of my PT. So the last week I've been feeling sick here and there, light headed, slight cramping and that's what made me take the tests. This morning, I've gone to go pee and when I wiped there was dusty pink blood when I wiped. I'm scared because I don't know what to refer it to
