Cold breastmilk

I exclusively pump and store my milk in the fridge once expressed, I’ve always given my baby boy the milk straight from the fridge and he’s been absolutely fine but family and friends have judged loads. Does anyone else do this? Or is it important it’s heated? First time mum with no idea

I always heat mine but if I didn't the fat wouldn't melt and would clog the teet (that and my baby doesn't do cold milk she just spits it out)

It ultimately doesn't matter. The nutrients are the same! Just make sure to mix the milk before giving it because it can seperate into layers of hindmilk and foremilk when sitting in the fridge :)

Same exactly! My baby now is so used she doesn’t even drink room temperature milk 😂 pediatrician said it’s fine, whatever they prefer

It really doesn’t matter, although I would say room temp milk is the ultimate hack as it means you don’t have to heat it when ur out
