Baby only naps on me
My soon to be 4 month old will only nap on me all of a sudden. I’ve tried everything. Every time I put her down she wakes up and then wants to go through the cycle of nursing to sleep again, so it’s just easier to let her nap on me, but I don’t eat or get anything done. Help!

@Sely what do you mean within 5-7? The problem is when I put her down she wakes up and will not go back to sleep. Leaving her in there doesn’t do anything She doesn’t self soothe unless it’s at night.
I’m having the same problem. I think it’s just the 4 month sleep regression. I found TakingCaraBabies on instagram to be helpful with advice
Just went through this, it last about 1 week. Hopefully it’s just a regression. My little guy is back to normal now

Sometimes you just have to let her sleep on her own. My baby for example when she nurses she fell asleep then once l put her in her bassinet she starts laughing and l put her down and within 5-7 she is sleeping.
