Nursery drop offs

My lo struggled with this too but after a couple months he was fine. We have the odd days where he’s a little emotional but majority of the time he’s fine. X

Yeah give a few weeks to settle in. It will get better x

My boy took a few sessions to get used to it and apparently the crying didn't last long after I left, think it was just over a month. He only goes two days a week. I did find giving him a cuddly toy helped and something that smelt of me. Xxx

We had months of this won't lie. I never thought it would end, he started in Jan and by August it finally ended. He cried on ALL drop offs but apparently as soon as I was gone he was fine and he always came out happy so I believe it was fine. We are now finally at no crying at drop off unless he's ill and doesn't wana go in otherwise he's loving it! Does get better so if takes little longer hang in there x

I think it's different for everyone - my little girl was 13m when she started and was absolutely fine, loved it from the start, then randomly started crying every time we took her for 3 weeks when she turned 2. Hopefully it won't last too long for you.

Trust me it gets better! My little one adores nursery now, he’s so happy to go in and so happy when I pick him up. Chances are little one is fine once you’re gone and is settled in xx
