Is it normal for cramps to be terrible the first period pp? I feel like I’m dying lol

Ive been cramping real bad before the period its ROUGH.

All of my friends who have had babies say they now have bad cramps during their period since having their baby starting with their first period postpartum, personally mine was less days and no cramps (I used to have cramps that left me bedridden) so I’d say that’s perfectly normal!
