Weird pain

36 + 2, been experiencing some weird pain for the last few days. I'm pretty sure baby has moved and no longer head down. Feeling an immense amount of pressure which is leading to extremely bad pain down there. It's not lighting crotch, not pelvic girdle pain, not braxton hicks. Sitting on my ball just makes the pain worse, sitting on firm surface such as sofa temporarily reliefs the pain but as soon as I get up I can barely walk. It's absolutely agonising. It doesn't feel like pressure on my cervix, but higher up? I know pain is normal but this doesn't seem normal. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Don't know if it's worthy of calling the midwife or not. Have a consultant appointment tomorrow but don't think I'll be able to make it with the current pain to be honest.

It’s worth asking a midwife to check your tummy whilst you’re at your consultant appointment, she can check the position, no idea what it could be sorry but I’d definitely get someone to check you xx

Definitely do not miss your appointment tomorrow. They can check /give you advice. If needed get a taxi and maybe even call in advance if you cannot walk and need a wheelchair or something.

When you say it's higher up, do you mean about where your bladder is? I have terrible pain there when I first stand up. I think it's part of pelvic girdle pain. It's not my actual pelvis though
