Sippy cups for milk

Hi all! Can anyone recommend a sippy cup for my baby to drink milk from? She’s exclusively breastfed and has never taken a bottle. She’s starting nursery when she’s 11 months (2 weeks time) and I’m reluctant to introduce a bottle so close to her first birthday but she’s still feeding every 3 hours so thinking I need to express and send breast milk with her but looking for a sippy cup for her. She currently uses a tommee tippee sippee cup or an open cup for water but makes a mess with both which is fine with water but I don’t want milk going everywhere. TIA x

Most people I know say baby never ends up taking any expressed milk at nursery so its not worth pumping, they just feed before and after and baby does well with food and water, in another month or so you can let nursery try some cows milk if you are okay with that (not a necessity obviously), just wanted to say that so you dont feel under pressure as its a long process to get them drinking from cups without spilling and pumping is a lot of work! My baby has had 7 different cups for water and learning for the last 4-5 months and shes got a bit better but still spills a lot! The best non spill is probably munckin 360 but it might be hard for them to get her to sit and drink it all

I would really recommend a tumtum. They are straws with a weighted valve so there’s a possibility of some spillage but by no means loads. The second time he used it, my baby figured out the straw. It’s what I’m going to send him to nursery with, probably with one feeds worth of breastmilk per day as I think I may manage one pump a day whilst at work during my lunch x

Also recommend the tumtum! It’s the only thing my baby will drink milk from (if not the boobies 😂) and it’s the best thing (apart from open cup) for oral development. My baby took a while to get the hang of the straw but someone recommended I put peanut butter on the end and he got it straight away when I did that!
