How long are your babies day naps?
How many naps are your little ones having and how long are they? Do you cap them and wake them up?
I'm starting to wonder if our little ones early wake ups in the morning are due to too much sleep in the day...

We used to leave her to do 2x2 hour naps or whenever she wanted to sleep until. But now we cap for nap totals of 2-2.5 hours and she is sleeping so much better at night x
Standard day he does 1 hr 15 for 2 naps, sometimes longer. I never let one nap be longer than 2 hours and never let his last nap go after 4.30pm He wakes up at around 7am and his dad usually wakes him up at that time rather than him waking up
We had 45 mins this morning and 1.5 hours this afternoon. This is quite normal for our LO

Usually 1.5 hours and 45 mins now. I cap if it goes past 2 hours for one nap or past 2 hours 45 in a day but thats rare these days.
