Implantational bleeding is where the baby implants itself into your uterus. It can happen between 10-12 days after a missed period. Some spotting is normal during early pregnancy as long as it’s not accompanied by cramping and heavy bleeding with clots. If you’re worried ring the early pregnancy unit and see if they are able to scan you☺️x

If it's just light bleeding, it's normal. If you also have cramps, call your obgyn
It depends on the bleeding. If it’s just light pink/brown spotting that on the tissue then it’s totally fine as it should only last 1-2 days. If it’s bright red, clots and filling a panty linear/pad and it’s on the tissue everytime you wipe and it’s accompanied by period like cramping then call your midwife or the early pregnancy unit. But it honestly depends no the bleeding and if you’re in any pain that’s worse than a period x
