LB waking up cold in the morning
My boy is waking up cold in the mornings (I think!)
We usually only wake up at 8am / 8.30am . This has been a constant since early days.
The last few mornings, he's been moaning at around 6.30 / 7am. Moaning, but not actually fully waking up. He sleeps in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, and a long sleepsuit, but I think his arms are cold??? They felt a little chilly this morning. I then put heating on, and he slept til 8.30am.
Our room is about 17 - 18°. Possibly drops to 16 in the early hours.
Are sleeping bags with long sleeve safe?? Any recommendations? Thanks!! 😁

Between 17 and 18 they should have a vest, baby grow and a 2.5 tog, my girls room is always 18 and I put her in that and she sleeps 12 hours without waking and wakes up nice a warm x

Has his sleepsuits got mittens on the end of them? As it might be worth putting them on his hands to keep them warm☺️
My little guy is in a long sleeved sleeping bag as his room gets cold too.. no problems! Fluffy one from next 💖

Does he have a vest underneath or just a sleepsuit? I would add a short sleeve vest and then a long sleeve one on colder days to see how he gets on
