Leaking nappy overnight

We use size 3 nappys and have never had a problem with leaks. The last 2 morning when my baby has woken up, shes wet on her back. We dont change her nappy overnight if it is just wet. Should i start changing her overnight or do i need different nappys?

Might be worth trying a different nappy? We have Aldi/Sains for the days, then Boots Bamboo/Pampers for night as they seem to hold more?

Definitely recommend using pampers overnight!

I always use a size up in nappies at night because of this, and haven’t had an issue since. Using pampers size 4 premium protection x

We found this when our boy was transitioning into the next size. Might be worth putting a bigger nappy on at night so it holds more? I also second Pampers!

Yep I also use the size up for overnight and also use pampers. I use Aldi during the day with no problems, but nights are a different ball game!

Pamper is great than any nappy for night time, + size absorbs more

Regardless of the size, I would recommend changing her overnight. I’m sure she will appreciate a dry nappy 😊🥰

@Ibby we only stopped a few weeks ago because she was waking up when we changed her and wouldn’t go back to sleep. Then would cry for about 2 hours 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, I feel you and I’m not judging you at all. I do that sometimes too, but I do change her once a night most of the time. Luckily my girl would be awake for 20-50 min max these days.

Btw there is a Pampers nappy for 12hrs. Maybe that’s what you need 😊

Might be time to change brand for overnight

It sounds strange but wetting through a nappy a night can be a sign they are cold, has the temperature dropped on your room? Try a long sleeved vest or a higher tog sleep suit. We had a similar issue when the temperature dropped after the summer, it’s something to do with their bladder constricting when cold. They aren’t cheap but I always also use a pampers harmonie at night also as they seem to be the best for leaks for us, I only ever change a poo a night now and speaking to my Mum friends that’s what they all do also x

@Hannah not strange, it's true
