The Sleep Chief

Has anyone used a sleep guide by The Sleep Chief? I can't justify spending £55 at the moment - I have just lost my job so money is tight. My 18 month old still isn't sleeping through the night - he wakes 2 or 3 times crying and will usually settle with dummy or cuddle. Can anyone advise if they have used support from The Sleep Chief - what exactly does it entail or involve? Has anyone used any specific methods to get their little one sleeping through / teaching them to settle on their own if they wake at night? Thanks - a very tired single mumma 😭😴
