Yeah it is a 6mo sleep regression as there is a lots of growth spurts.I was in the same boat all week but last night was better ! My baby is also theething x

I am a certified, licensed tiny human teacher. Specifically birth through age 5. I'm gonna throw some schedules at you & I want you to play around with them & figure what's best so she sleeps 10-12 at night 😉

Wake in pitch black room, open shades for sun 5/6am bottle 8/9am bottle 9:30/10am 1st nap 11/12pm bottle 1pm 2nd nap 2/3pm bottle 5/6pm bottle 8/9pm bottle BED, sound machine or low white noise from 8/9pm-5/6am wake B. Wake in pitch black room, open shades for sun 5/6am bottle 8/9am bottle 11/12pm bottle 12-3pm Nap 2/3pm bottle 5/6pm bottle 8/9pm bottle BED, sound machine or low white noise from 8/9pm-5/6am wake Try turning lights out at 7pm, ideally only 1 dim light on in living room or kitchen to 'set the tone' Can also feed every 4 hours if every 3 first doesn't help
It’s a 6mo sleep regression or maybe theething ! Just try to keep doing your routine with you lo and it will pass! You got this mumma xx
