Pain in left side of vagina and down my leg a bit/lower groin

Some of yesterday, last night and this morning I’ve had this pain triage have said it could be where baby is laying and there’s not a lot they can do. I’m 22 weeks never felt this pain before but I’ve been up all night worrying somethings wrong. I’ve had my morning coffee and baby is moving as he should but I’m still worried about this feeling. Has anyone else had this and is it relatively normal?

Sounds like pelvic girdle pain (PGP) it’s awful I had this ended up on crutches xx

Yes I have this, also PGP. The pain for me is right where baby’s head is laying and pushing down. I’d recommend getting referred for physio asap to prevent it from getting worse and doing daily exercises and stretches to help manage it. Don’t worry about it, it’s pelvic pain and nothing to do with your baby who’s tucked safely in your uterus xx

Yes! I’ve had it on left side since 30 weeks…nothing to be alarmed by but making sure you get off bed with two legs, sit while putting on pants so as not to strain standing on one leg. chiropractor helps!
