My baby won’t sleep longer than an hour at a time 😩

Hi all you lovely mums! Really looking for some advice as really starting to struggle with my 10 month old sleep and feel like I’ve tried everything I can think of so hoping some of you have some tips. His sleep has probably been regressing now since about 8 and half months but is now at an all time worse. We will put him down to bed in his cot between 7-8 and then after 1-2 hours he will wake up. We will pick him up and he will go back to sleep easily but then will not let us put him down for at least 30 - 1 hours, if we try to he immediately wakes up screaming. Once he is down again he will wake up again after an hour and then the cycle just continues. Me and my husband take it in turns but we both get so tired the baby ends up in our bed where he then sleeps really well but we don’t. Does anyone have any tips how I can get him to stay in his cot asleep ?

I always transfer at around 15 mins, what times are you trying? Want to get the balance between deep sleep but not too close to sleep cycle ending. If I wait more than 20 mins Ive missed my window. Could also be teething and/or separation anxiety!

Interesting- will give that a go. To be honest I try anywhere from 10 mins onwards. If it’s failed on first few tries I could then be holding him up to an hour at a time. I do think part of it could be teething and separation anxiety which I guess there is not much you can do about it 😩

13 minutes is our golden transfer window, we’re doomed if we’re not posting attention and miss it 😂

Lollll we are 13 minutes too!!!
