I’m right there with you babe 😭 And to my doctor, it’s just a normal pregnancy thing. Nothing helps. I’ve heard physiotherapy might be helpful, but I honestly can’t imagine finding the energy to put into the exercises for the next month.
@Emily more movement sounds like torture lol 😭😅 it’s insane that this is considered “normal” it has me near tears at times
talk to your obgyn. i had this and it was so bad i had trouble sleeping and even walking was unbearable (i work as a waitress so it was just all the time). we tried some stretches but eventually i had to go to physical therapy. kinda made me nervous but i feel so much better now. i still get pains every now and then but NOTHING compared to what it was before. if pt is an option i would definitely recommend.
