Leg pain

Is anyone else experiencing/has anyone experienced upper thigh pain when sleeping on your side? I’m experiencing this every night and I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to stop this?

Could be lack of magnesium Which can cause leg cramps. But also it can be now that you have so much blood flowing in you now, you’re probably pressing on nerves/veins

It could just be round ligament pain, you could be laying on your sciatic nerve, try laying on a heating pad on a lower level, just enough to help ease the pain and loosen the nerve!

Have you tried using a pregnancy pillow or using a normal pillow between your knees for support?😊

Yes! I have this like inside my right thigh and around where my right leg meets my groin🥲

I get this and have found a magnesium oil spray directly sprayed onto the area (like 4/5 sprays) before bed helps! It does dry the skin out though. Hope this helps!

And obvs be careful if you’re going near sensitive areas….

Omfg I’m glad someone asked this question👏🏾 I have extreme hip pain when sleeping on my sides and I’ve never had that before! Literally thought my legs were gonna snap off like crab legs 😭
